In order to apply for the world series events, a race organizer can send to AWP an application with the following specifications: 

Content

- Location and date of the Event

- Format of the Event (please read Race guidelines for Extreme Kayak Championship)

- Expected participant + Participant of past editions if any) 

- Prizes 

- Media coverage: TV, live social, magazine etc.. 

- Kayak and gear rules (read Kayak and gear rules). 

- Type of competition you wish to host (world, continental, ranking race..) 

- Images of the kayak course and length expected 

Cut off date

End of September of the year before.
